All prices on this web site are clearly stated and there are no hidden costs. Payment for orders can be made by secure credit card transaction, cheque / postal order or directly to our bank account. If you require our bank details then please ring payslipmaker on 0800 099 6395 before you complete your order.

If paying by direct bank transfer then you should call payslipmaker on 0800 099 6395 when you have made your payment so we will be able to complete your order without delay.

Please do not send cash through the post.

Processing Times

Processing orders is an automated and instant service. You will receive both preview and final ordered payslips within minutes that you can print off yourself and use or use as a saved PDF. It really is that simple!

Delivery

Please note that we will only post your order once your payment has been cleared.

If your delivery address is within the UK and is sent via Royal Mail first class post and you do not receive your order within 3 working days, as long as you notify us within 5 working days and there are no changes required to the shipping address, we will resend it free of charge.

Items ordered for Royal Mail special delivery will be dispatched in accordance with our advised timescales. If your order is not satisfactory you must notify us within 5 working days otherwise it will be considered a new order and will incur a charge for it to be resent. We will retain proof of postage for special delivery items. It is the responsibility of Royal Mail to honour the specified delivery method & timeframe. For more details please see our Delivery page. payslipmaker cannot accept responsibility for issues related to the software, device and/or email provider used by the customer. Where such issues may prevent the customer from accessing documents provided, we may request an alternative email address and/or suggest using a different device to open documents.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy by the enforcement of a strict company privacy policy. We will send weekly newsletters to customers. You will be able to unsubscribe from these if you wish to. Customer information under no circumstances will be given, exchanged, transferred or sold to any other company or third party for any reason. In accordance with the Privacy & Electronic Communications Act passed into law 11 Dec 03. We conform with the requirements of the Data Protection Act, 1998.

Cancellation Policy

You can request cancellation of your order at any time before processing is carried out. If you cancel your order before any work is carried out, payslipmaker reserves the right to review the refund amount in line with our terms and conditions & we will limit any deduction from your reimbursement to 25% of the purchase price. Where an order has been completed to the specifications provided, or work has been carried out for your order, we would be unable to provide any reimbursement. Where a refund may be due, we always aim to reimburse your money as soon as possible, the time this takes will depend on the circumstances of your cancellation, but will be no later than 3 working days after cancellation. Reimbursements can only be made to the card details that the original payment was made with.

Complaints

Complaints can be made in writing to the address shown below: payslipmaker, SKM Group Ltd, Ddaugae Farm, Rhiwfawr, Swansea, SA9 2RY Your Statutory rights are not affected by any of these terms and conditions. We reserve the right not to accept or fulfill your orders at any time without giving a reason, in this case we will refund your full transaction. If you have a complaint regarding your order then you must contact us within 5 working days of your order being dispatched. If you contact us after 5 working days there will be a charge for resending your order.

Any documents that we produce are to be used for educational purposes only and are not to be used for any fraudulent or financial gain. All documents supplied by the applicant will be returned and remain the property of the client at all times.
